CPSF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,691 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, RNA5SP414, and PHB2P1. Each is linked with CPSF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF2-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by CPSF2-low versus CPSF2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
