CPSF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1C, SLC5A8, and OR10A6. Each is linked with CPSF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF2-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1C grouped by CPSF2-low versus CPSF2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
