CPSF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MND1, RNA5SP162, and SKA1. Each is linked with CPSF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF1-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MND1 grouped by CPSF1-low versus CPSF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
