CPSF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 783 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT28, MREG, and CENPM. Each is linked with CPSF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF1-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT28 grouped by CPSF1-low versus CPSF1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
