CPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ASNS, and eEF2. Each is linked with CPS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPS1-to-partner and partner-to-CPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by CPS1-low versus CPS1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
