CPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 433 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABARAPL1, GRAPL, and PRR20B. Each is linked with CPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPS1-to-partner and partner-to-CPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GABARAPL1 grouped by CPS1-low versus CPS1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
