CPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,619 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-20P, NPM1P17, and RN7SL811P. Each is linked with CPO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPO-to-partner and partner-to-CPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-20P grouped by CPO-low versus CPO-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
