CPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX33, DEFB132, and SPANXN4. Each is linked with CPO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPO-to-partner and partner-to-CPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX33 grouped by CPO-low versus CPO-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
