The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CPNE9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPNE9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC and LUSC are the cancer types where CPNE9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
