CPNE5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPNE5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPNE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, JNK2, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with CPNE5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE5-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CPNE5-low versus CPNE5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPNE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPNE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
