Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CPNE2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CPNE2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CPNE2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPNE2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CPNE2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
