Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPNE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,130 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPNE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Actin filament depolymerization, and Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with CPNE2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE2-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein depolymerization grouped by CPNE2-low versus CPNE2-high in BONE.
