CPNE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPNE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 322 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPNE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf50, GUCA1C, and UGT2B17. Each is linked with CPNE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE2-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf50 grouped by CPNE2-low versus CPNE2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPNE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPNE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
