CPLX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPLX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPHS2, MSGN1, and C12orf40. Each is linked with CPLX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLX4-to-partner and partner-to-CPLX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPHS2 grouped by CPLX4-low versus CPLX4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
