Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CPLX3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CPLX3 data layer compared with 9 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CPLX3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPLX3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, STAD, and SARC are the cancer types where CPLX3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
