Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPLX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,342 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPLX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SOX10, and SLC16A8. Each is linked with CPLX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLX3-to-partner and partner-to-CPLX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
