Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CPLX2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CPLX2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher CPLX2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPLX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, PRAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where CPLX2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
