CPLX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPLX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,791 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPLX2_S93, UCHL1, and UNC13D. Each is linked with CPLX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLX2-to-partner and partner-to-CPLX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPLX2 versus CPLX2_S93 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
