CPLX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPLX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,154 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRN2, RUNDC3A, and SYT5. Each is linked with CPLX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLX2-to-partner and partner-to-CPLX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPLX2 versus PTPRN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
