CPLX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPLX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,199 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, ARRB1_S412, and RPS3A. Each is linked with CPLX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLX1-to-partner and partner-to-CPLX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPLX1 versus RRBP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
