CPLX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPLX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,430 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, FAM71E1, and SYN3-AS1. Each is linked with CPLX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLX1-to-partner and partner-to-CPLX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPLX1 versus MMP26 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
