CPLX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPLX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3180-4, MIR4779, and RN7SL140P. Each is linked with CPLX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLX1-to-partner and partner-to-CPLX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3180-4 grouped by CPLX1-low versus CPLX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
