CPLX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPLX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,990 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXL15, EPHA10, and SLC26A1. Each is linked with CPLX1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLX1-to-partner and partner-to-CPLX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPLX1 versus FBXL15 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
