CPLANE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPLANE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,455 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLANE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR54, OSCP1, and ARHGEF16. Each is linked with CPLANE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLANE2-to-partner and partner-to-CPLANE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPLANE2 versus WDR54 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLANE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLANE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
