CPEB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,750 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPEB2_S526, KMT2A_S351, and THOC2. Each is linked with CPEB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB2-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPEB2 versus CPEB2_S526 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
