CPEB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,511 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX2, ARRDC4, and RNF165. Each is linked with CPEB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB2-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPEB2 versus BEX2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
