CPEB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, Caspase-8, and C-Raf. Each is linked with CPEB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB2-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by CPEB2-low versus CPEB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
