CPD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,604 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELANE, LCN2, and GALNT7. Each is linked with CPD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPD-to-partner and partner-to-CPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPD versus ELANE in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
