CPD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,442 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are HABP4, N4BP2L1, and LINC02761. Each is linked with CPD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPD-to-partner and partner-to-CPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPD versus HABP4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
