Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,110 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A3, COL6A2, and ITGA5. Each is linked with CPB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPB2-to-partner and partner-to-CPB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPB2 versus SLC2A3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
