Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,660 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, TMEM225, and QTRT1P1. Each is linked with CPB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPB2-to-partner and partner-to-CPB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by CPB2-low versus CPB2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
