Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Annexin-1, and TFRC. Each is linked with CPB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPB2-to-partner and partner-to-CPB2 results are reported.
