CPB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,093 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP213, MIR8053, and CASTOR2. Each is linked with CPB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPB1-to-partner and partner-to-CPB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP213 grouped by CPB1-low versus CPB1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
