CPA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,114 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, EXO1, and ENO1. Each is linked with CPA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA5-to-partner and partner-to-CPA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by CPA5-low versus CPA5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
