CPA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1290, RNU6-1163P, and RN7SL840P. Each is linked with CPA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA4-to-partner and partner-to-CPA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1290 grouped by CPA4-low versus CPA4-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
