Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,436 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXN2P1, POLQ, and KIF22. Each is linked with CPA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA3-to-partner and partner-to-CPA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXN2P1 grouped by CPA3-low versus CPA3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
