CPA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, PIRT, and RNASE9. Each is linked with CPA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA3-to-partner and partner-to-CPA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB5 grouped by CPA3-low versus CPA3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
