CP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,819 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD37, IGHD5-12, and LINC01701. Each is linked with CP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CP-to-partner and partner-to-CP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD37 grouped by CP-low versus CP-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
