CP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,111 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHB, FHL5, and IL3. Each is linked with CP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CP-to-partner and partner-to-CP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSHB grouped by CP-low versus CP-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
