Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX7B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX7B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP169, MIR6858, and MLLT10P2. Each is linked with COX7B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX7B2-to-partner and partner-to-COX7B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP169 grouped by COX7B2-low versus COX7B2-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX7B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX7B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
