COX7B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX7B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 373 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBL5P3, NUTF2P8, and RPS28P1. Each is linked with COX7B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX7B-to-partner and partner-to-COX7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBL5P3 grouped by COX7B-low versus COX7B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
