Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX7A2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX7A2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1225, ZNF114P1, and TAAR5. Each is linked with COX7A2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX7A2L-to-partner and partner-to-COX7A2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1225 grouped by COX7A2L-low versus COX7A2L-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX7A2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX7A2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
