Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COX6CP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated COX6CP5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher COX6CP5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COX6CP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

READ, UVM, and KICH are the cancer types where COX6CP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
