COX6CP17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX6CP17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,103 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX6CP17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP18, MTCYBP32, and ZBTB20-AS2. Each is linked with COX6CP17 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX6CP17-to-partner and partner-to-COX6CP17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX6CP17 versus SNRPGP18 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX6CP17→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX6CP17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
