Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COX6CP12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated COX6CP12 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher COX6CP12 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COX6CP12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SARC show a favorable association.
READ, SKCM, and BRCA are the cancer types where COX6CP12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
