Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX6CP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,537 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COX6CP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NES_S1590, PEAK1, and RBSN. Each is linked with COX6CP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX6CP10-to-partner and partner-to-COX6CP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX6CP10 versus NES_S1590 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX6CP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX6CP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
