Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COX6C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COX6C data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher COX6C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COX6C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where COX6C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
