COX6C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX6C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-147P, MIR649, and YPEL5P2. Each is linked with COX6C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX6C-to-partner and partner-to-COX6C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-147P grouped by COX6C-low versus COX6C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
