Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX6B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,124 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX6B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amyloid precursor protein metabolic process, Amyloid precursor protein catabolic process, and Protein hydroxylation. Each is linked with COX6B2 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX6B2-to-partner and partner-to-COX6B2 results are reported.
