COX6A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX6A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,130 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX6A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSG, ASB2, and SLC8A3. Each is linked with COX6A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX6A2-to-partner and partner-to-COX6A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX6A2 versus CTSG in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX6A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX6A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
